Our scheduled beef shares for 2025 are sold out. However, we still have beef available that are not sold. We do this so our beef aren’t sent to processing prematurely. 
This will be a last minute availability- most likely a week or so before scheduled processing starting mid February. If ready, we will get in touch with the people on this list first. We will call in the order received.
